Draw Attention to Your Listing

Here are some ideas that will increase the amount of attention that your directory listing receives.  These steps will not only improve the success of your listing within CleanupDirectory.com, but will also aid in the placement of your listing on major search engines.

  • Whether you know it or not, many of your current clients have come from CleanupDirectory.com. If you track your sales calls, you know that a client will typically say, “I found you online” or “I found your website”. What they don’t tell you is that they first found you through a directory, such as Yellowpages.com or CleanupDirectory.com, before clicking through to your website.  Having a well-written and visually appealing listing will help in converting viewers to “click-throughs”.  Review your website for content and ease of navigation.  Once a customer clicks through to your website from our directory, you want to have everything in place to turn the potential client into a paying client.
  • Regardless of page rank, being linked to a website that is relevant to your industry is beneficial. Take time to create keyword links in your listing to various pages on your website.
