Our Founders/history

With a combined 20+ years of experience in post-event trauma recovery, husband and wife Dan and Crystal Pinkston provide compassion in crisis. In his years as a professional firefighter, Dan has witnessed the confusion surrounding a traumatic event. “Who can we turn to for help,” was a cry he heard more often than not. Many family members were further traumatized to learn that site restoration was not a service provided by fire, police or any other government agency.

In addition to running the company, both Dan and Crystal roll up their sleeves and provide on the scene service. “Sometimes people are surprised to see a woman doing this kind of work,” says Crystal. “But when I step out of the vehicle, I can see their stress level go down, they can tell we share their pain and we’re here to help.”

Dan and Crystal provide extensive training to their technicians, instilling the belief of compassion in crisis. “Compassion and empathy are not emotions you can train,” says Dan. “When we hire someone, we’re looking for that trait. We then provide them the skills and training to do a complete disinfection and deodorization safely, completely and discretely.”
